This website is a set of plain pages. No form on it sends us your information.
- Email: if you email us, we get your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- Booking a call: our booking link opens Google Calendar's booking page. What you enter there (such as your name and email) comes to us so we can hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page.
- Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how visitors find and use this website: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser, and an approximate location based on your IP address. It sets cookies to tell visits apart. We use it only to improve the website and our marketing, not to identify you. You can block these cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type.
The Root Cause Review
The Root Cause Review form lives on review.rootstockgrowth.com, not on this website. When you ask for a review, we collect the details you enter about you and your business, plus public information about your business and its competitors, to prepare your report. Payments for paid reviews are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, that handle data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and call details as long as we need them to work with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below). Root Cause Review data follows the retention rules in the review privacy policy.
